이 약관은 메타버스(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 위치 기반 맛집 커뮤니티 앱 RASA(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정합니다.
서비스는 무료로 제공됩니다. 유료 기능을 도입하는 경우 사전에 알립니다.
회사는 위반 콘텐츠를 사전 통지 없이 숨기거나 삭제할 수 있고, 반복 위반 시 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
회사는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 가능한 한 사전에 알립니다.
회사는 무료로 제공하는 서비스와 관련하여 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 이용자에게 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 이용자 사이 또는 이용자와 매장 사이에 발생한 분쟁에 대해서도 회사는 개입 의무가 없습니다.
약관을 바꾸는 경우 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 앱 또는 이 페이지에 알립니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법률을 따르며, 분쟁이 생기면 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.
RASA, operated by Metaverse (메타버스), is a free location-based restaurant community app. It shows restaurant information and maps, lets users share short reviews, photos, dishes and tags, and lets you save, sort and filter places.
You can browse and search without an account. Writing reviews and syncing across devices require Google sign-in. Children under 14 may not create an account. You can delete your account at any time in the My tab. Your account data is deleted, but your reviews, photos, dishes and tags stay in the Service shown as by "Deleted user". Delete anything you want removed before leaving.
You keep the copyright in what you post. You give us a free, non-exclusive right to display, copy and resize it inside and outside the Service to run and promote it. This right continues for content kept in the Service after you delete your account, and ends for content you delete yourself before leaving. Only post photos you took or have the right to use.
Fake reviews or undisclosed paid promotion; posting other people's photos or faces without permission; abuse, hate, sexual content or exposing personal data; scraping or disrupting the Service. We may hide or delete such content without notice and restrict repeat offenders.
We may change or stop all or part of the Service and will try to announce it in advance. For this free Service we are not liable for damages except in cases of intent or gross negligence. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
