개인정보처리방침

메타버스(이하 "회사")는 위치 기반 맛집 커뮤니티 앱 RASA(이하 "서비스")를 운영하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 관련 고충을 신속하게 처리하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 둡니다.

1. 처리하는 개인정보 항목과 목적

로그인하지 않고도 장소 둘러보기, 검색, 기기 내 저장 기능을 이용할 수 있으며, 이 경우 계정 정보는 수집하지 않습니다. 위치정보는 이용자가 기기에서 위치 권한을 허용한 경우에만 이용합니다.

2. 공개되는 정보

이용자가 작성한 한줄평, 사진, 먹은 메뉴, 태그와 작성자 닉네임은 서비스의 모든 이용자에게 공개됩니다. 이메일 주소와 이름은 공개되지 않습니다. 사진을 올릴 때 촬영 위치 등 사진 속 부가정보는 자동으로 지웁니다. 사진에 다른 사람의 얼굴이나 개인정보가 담기지 않도록 주의해 주세요.

3. 보유 및 이용 기간

회원 정보(Google 계정 식별자, 이메일, 이름, 닉네임)와 저장 목록: 회원 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 파기합니다.
이용자가 작성한 한줄평·사진·메뉴·태그: 회원 탈퇴 시 작성자를 알아볼 수 없도록 계정과의 연결을 끊고 작성자 표시를 "탈퇴한 사용자"로 바꾼 뒤 서비스에 계속 게시합니다. 탈퇴 전에는 언제든 직접 삭제할 수 있으며, 탈퇴 후에도 콘텐츠에 본인을 알아볼 수 있는 정보(얼굴, 연락처 등)가 담겨 있으면 이메일로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
위치정보(좌표): 거리 계산과 정렬에 사용한 즉시 파기하며 서버에 저장하지 않습니다.
위치정보 이용사실 확인자료(이용 일시, 이용 목적, 이용자 식별값): 「위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 법률」에 따라 6개월간 보관 후 파기합니다. 좌표는 포함하지 않습니다.
검색 이용 횟수와 앱 설치 단위 식별값: 30일 후 파기합니다.
접속 기록과 오류 기록: 서비스 인프라 제공업체의 로그 보존 기간이 지나면 자동 삭제됩니다.

다른 법령에서 보관을 요구하는 경우에는 그 기간 동안 분리하여 보관합니다.

4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 근거가 있거나 수사기관이 법령에 정한 절차에 따라 요청하는 경우에는 예외로 합니다.

5. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전

회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리를 위탁하며, 일부는 국외에서 처리됩니다. 이전은 서비스 이용 시점에 암호화된 네트워크로 전송하는 방식으로 이루어집니다.

국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 로그인하지 않고 이용하거나 회원 탈퇴를 할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 한줄평 작성과 기기 간 동기화를 이용할 수 없습니다. 각 사의 개인정보 관련 연락처는 각 사 개인정보처리방침(Supabase, Google, NAVER Cloud)에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

6. 파기 절차와 방법

보유 기간이 지나거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다.

7. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다.
앱의 마이 화면에서 닉네임 변경, 한줄평·사진 삭제, 회원 탈퇴를 직접 할 수 있습니다. 탈퇴해도 작성한 콘텐츠는 익명으로 남으므로, 지우고 싶은 콘텐츠는 탈퇴 전에 삭제해 주세요.
기기 설정에서 위치 권한을 끄면 위치정보 이용이 중단됩니다.
그 밖의 요청은 아래 개인정보 보호책임자 이메일로 보내 주시면 지체 없이 처리합니다.

8. 만 14세 미만 아동

서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동의 회원 가입을 받지 않습니다.

9. 안전성 확보 조치

모든 통신은 암호화(HTTPS)하여 전송합니다.
데이터베이스에 접근 권한 정책을 적용해 본인 데이터만 수정·삭제할 수 있게 합니다.
외부 서비스 인증키는 앱이 아닌 서버에만 보관합니다.
서비스에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 처리합니다.

10. 자동 수집 장치

앱은 광고 추적이나 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다.

13. 방침 변경

이 방침이 바뀌면 시행 7일 전부터 앱 또는 이 페이지에 알립니다. 이용자 권리에 중요한 변경은 30일 전에 알립니다.

Privacy Policy

Metaverse (메타버스, "we") operates RASA, a location-based restaurant community app (the "Service"). This policy explains what personal information we process and why. If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails.

You can browse, search and save places on your device without signing in; we do not collect account information in that case. We use location only if you allow location permission on your device.

2. What is public

Your reviews, photos, dishes, tags and nickname are visible to all users. Your email address and name are not shown. Photo metadata such as GPS location is removed on upload.

3. Retention

Account data (Google account ID, email, name, nickname) and saved list: deleted without delay when you delete your account.
Your reviews, photos, dishes and tags: when you delete your account, they are unlinked from your account, shown as by "Deleted user", and stay in the Service. You can delete them yourself at any time before leaving, and afterwards you can email us to remove content that identifies you (such as your face or contact details).
Location coordinates: discarded immediately after sorting and distance calculation; not stored on our servers.
Records of location use (time, purpose, user identifier, without coordinates): kept for 6 months as required by the Korean Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information.
Search counts and per-install identifier: deleted after 30 days.
Access and error logs: deleted automatically under our infrastructure provider's log retention.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law.

Data is sent over encrypted connections when you use the Service. If you do not want your data transferred abroad, you can use the Service without signing in or delete your account.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing at any time.
In the app's My tab you can change your nickname, delete reviews and photos, and delete your account. Content stays anonymously after you leave, so delete anything you want removed first.
Turning off location permission in your device settings stops location use.

7. Children

Children under 14 may not create an account.

8. Security

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), database access policies let you change only your own data, service keys are kept on the server only, and we process only what the Service needs. The app does not use advertising trackers or cookies.
